
In a special move, scientists are trying to dilute the bridge between scientific studies and spirituality.
We all know that for years spirituality and scientific studies, focusing on health care, are drifting inevitably apart. But through this move the scientists are trying to churn out the effects of spirituality (including prayers, glossolalia and also meditation) on our psychological as well as physical health. Already prayer and meditation have been linked to several health benefits like they help increasing the levels of dopamine, often referred to as the brain’s pleasure hormone.
Some studies conducted earlier have also come out uncovering the positive effects of spirituality on our health and I hope that this study would further help in shining out the link between spirituality and health.
