Einstein had predicted the Atomic Laser in 1925, a technology which till now was though to be impossible to achieve. Well, after decades of research some Italian researchers have finally made that prediction come true.

A Florence University team of researchers have used potassium isotopes to build an “atomic condensate” squeezed into a harmonious whole magnetic field.

Lasers are highly concentrated beam of light particles or photons, which are mainly used in industry and medicine.

Atomic lasers are based on atoms and not photons. Atoms bounce into one another so much that it results in the formation of an atomic laser. This technology was highly awaited in the field of microelectronics. However, till now it was thought that the technology is impossible to make.
