This problem affects life of a child too badly by turning such child more prone to problems like learning disabilities, hyperactivity, short attention, memory problems, physical deformities, etc.
According to an estimate by Health Canada, every day at least one child is born with fetal alcohol syndrome (FAS). Moreover, typical treatment available for treating such children is not too effective because there are few diagnostic tools available for it. Therefore, perceiving this new concept aimed at better treatment for children born with fetal alcohol disorders as a significant one won’t be wrong because it brings in a new ray hope in the lives of children born with fetal alcohol disorders.
