Wow!! This is something really interesting, scientists are in the process of dismantling sauropod dinosaur which used to inhabit Wyoming more than hundred and fifty million years ago and will be rebuilding it in order to reflect the latest paleontological research findings. Scientists would be working for around a year on the dinosaur and it would be returned back to the museum in 2008.

Brent Breithaupt, Director, UW museum stated:

It’s basically like extreme home makeover, only this is extreme dinosaur makeover. Everything from the tip of its nose to the tip of its tail. We will be able to add some of the dinosaur’s bones that professor Knight didn’t have at the time to improve the display’s looks, such as posing it with its tail in the air instead of dragging on the ground

As of now only six of this species of dinosaur is on display around the globe. As a part of the makeover scientists would be adding some bones in order to improve upon the looks of the display. So get ready to watch Sauropod dinosaur with a brand new look.
